Daily Thoughts

Hello dear reader!

The Daily Thoughts section of my blog is focused on a single book in the Bible over a period of time.  My goal is to write every day; however, life is unpredictable.  For the moment, every Tuesday and Thursday I will post a new article about the section of scripture under examination.  My objective is to inspire fellow Christians to read more scripture, create inquires for the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to teach through me.  In all I say, I desire to accurately represent Jesus my Lord.

Despite these intentions, I am imperfect.  My interpretation will be wrong sometimes.  In advance, I ask you for forgiveness and grace in my failings.  I try to read each post several times before publishing it for readers.  The objective: to keep the purpose pure and clear.  Comments will not be allowed on these posts.  Debates are not the goal of this section.  Other sections will be dedicated to ideas and the debates surrounding them.  If you have an inquire, spot a fallacy or wish to add a thought there will be other methods to contact me: such as an email.

These posts are not deeply researched topics with piles of evidence.  The Daily Thoughts are my personal observations in my journey as I read the Bible.  I will highlight the things that hit me; but I encourage you to read the passage of scripture as well and see what stands out to you.  The Bible is deep and rich.  The lessons the Lord placed there can refine every heart.

Thank you for taking the time to read my Daily Thoughts as I journey through the Bible.

Many blessings,

DJ Barker
